Customer Success & Enablement Manager

Full Time

About the Company

SEIA helps some of the world's most interesting companies replace periodic compliance reviews with real-time assurance, across export controls, sanctions, and customs. We operate at the intersection of global trade, international relations, and national security, where the regulatory landscape moves as fast as geopolitics itself, and where the cost of missing a risk is measured in more than fines.

Founded in 2022 by a former trade compliance lawyer and a digital innovation leader with deep expertise in data analytics, SEIA was built to solve a problem our founders had lived from the inside.

Our platform, SEIA PERCEIVE, gives trade compliance departments at major multinationals a continuous assurance layer across their existing systems, so they can see the risks that list-matching and periodic audits miss: sanctions evasion through third-country routing, dual-use misclassification, end-use red flags, and the kind of structural blind spots that surface only when someone is looking in real time.

We built SEIA because we believe trade compliance is no longer a back-office function. As export controls, sanctions, and customs have grown into headline news and board-level topics, it's time for technology to catch-up.

Other information:

- SEIA is a company built on strong values of integrity and community.
- SEIA offers team members well-rounded packages including health and wellness benefits, along with start-up related benefits, such as VSOP offers where applicable.

Job Description

We have grown dramatically over the past year and are now looking for a Client Success & Enablement Manager to own the client journey after go-live. This person will be responsible for bringing greater structure and harmonisation to both the onboarding and customer management processes. You will act as a project manager for each client's roadmap, developing the materials that teach clients how to get value from SEIA PERCEIVE, and the steady point of contact who keeps each account moving forward. This role sits at the intersection of relationship management, project management, and training creation.

For someone who likes to build structures, take responsibility, and develop strong communication, this is a role with significant room for growth and space to thrive professionally.

What you will do:

- Build and maintain user guides, job aids, and training materials, including video walkthroughs, that help client teams use SEIA PERCEIVE effectively
- Act as project manager for each client account, working with stakeholders to define goals and build out a development roadmap over time
- Run regular check-ins with clients to track progress against their roadmap, answer questions, and surface issues before they become problems
- Lead annual business reviews, including documenting wins, gathering feedback through structured questionnaires, and identifying what's next for the account
- Translate client questions and friction points into improvements to training content, documentation, and internal processes
- Partner with Client Advisory and technical teams to ensure training materials stay current as the platform and each client's use case evolves
- Build out the enablement function itself

  • Experience in customer success, client enablement, or training and documentation roles, ideally within trade compliance software, risk analytics tools, or a closely adjacent enterprise software category (open to alternatives where other skills match)

  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to keep multiple client roadmaps moving without losing the details

  • Comfort creating clear, well-structured training or user content, even without a dedicated instructional design background

  • Experience running structured client touchpoints such as QBRs or annual reviews, including translating informal feedback into documented outcomes

  • A genuine interest in export controls, samctions, customs, international relations, or foreign policy

  • Strong cross-cultural communication skills

  • Fluent English required; German language skills are a plus

  • Based in or willing to relocate to Munich; this role requires an on-site or hybrid presence in our Munich office
